Commercial projects vary enormously in size and scope. Reception areas/Lobbies in Condo buildings, Reception and office spaces, Restaurants are some of the recent projects that Foster Interiors Inc has worked on. We work closely with contractors from many disciplines/professions to achieve the best end result. We have worked closely with clients and contractors to design custom water features and interior rock gardens.

For Our Residential Clients.

Residential projects can be as small as adding accessories, new window treatments and paint color to an existing interior to give a tired room a lift. The larger projects include a completely empty space (single family homes to condos). For example an owner who lives out of state and has purchased a property in South West Florida and needs everything taken care of, in many of these cases we project manage remodeling and replacement as required, working closely with general contractors, electricians, plumbers, painters etc providing regular updates to the clients. We then arrange delivery and installation of all furniture, rugs, window treatments, bedding, household linens, accessories, kitchen items etc so that when the client arrives at their new accommodations, it is ready for them.

WE NEVER FORGET THAT THE HOME WE ARE WORKING ON IS YOUR HOME NOT OURS – OUR DESIGN WORK REFLECTS OUR CLIENT’S STYLE AND PREFERANCES. WE LOVE BRINGING YOUR DECORATING DREAMS ALIVE.

 

Our Residential services work in 2 different ways to best suit our client’s needs:

1. Consultancy.

Color consultations, providing specifications for new buildings (Residential or Commercial) covering, finishes, tile, flooring, cabinetry, countertops etc. This type of project incurs consultancy fees.

2. Consultancy with purchase of furniture and other products.

If a client is purchasing products through Foster Interiors, no additional design fees are incurred. We purchase wholesale from nationwide suppliers and sell at retail pricing. This is beneficial to our clients as their costs are no more than a regular retail store and they receive our design services free of charge and it gives them access to Designer products.
